Jean-Paul joined has knowledge and experience in sales and customer services experiences in the aviation industry from different airlines across Middle East and Africa.  He is bilingual and has become a real asset to the Afrikfly organisation since joining in January 2020.

Jean-Paul worked for different airlines such Emirates Airlines and TAP Air Portugal as Senior Customer sales services and has also a knowledge in administration management.  He was recommended to us after serving a fixed term contract with a leading European airline in Senegal.

​

During his experience at Emirates in their Dubai head office he provided excellent results in sales through his knowledge and positive attitude, he gained an award in recognition of his outstanding sales performance.  He also has excellent relationships within the Senegalese market aviation industry and travel agencies. He was the point of contact of between travel agencies and corporates during his time with airlines.  He has also consulted for travel agencies to gain their IATA accreditation.

Jean Paul has graduated from training school for commercial flight attendant, he also holds a diploma in commercial management and sales customer services.
