Tariye joined Afrikfly in May 2019 after completing a Master’s Degree in Air Transport Management. ​

During her time with Afrikfly in Nigeria, she built up the sales and marketing of an airline client working closely with the relevant travel agency forum NANTA to gain exposure in the market and tour operators to effectuate bookings. She also assisted with the management of relationships with the government authorities including Ministry of Transport, Federal Airport Authorities of Nigeria, Nigerian Airspace Management, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority. Her strengths lie in her marketing skills.​

As a licensed pilot, Tariye wants to share her passion in aviation with young women across Africa through her NGO – Female Aviators in Africa (FAAFRIC) in Lagos, Nigeria.  ​

An avid believer that one needs to keep learning and unlearning, she has earned certificates from Embry Riddle University and Lagos Business School. She is currently enrolled in a distance learning programme at the University of Cumbria, UK where she is pursuing an MBA in International Business. ​
